Kibeb Tilaye is 40 years old. She lives in a village called Woyinima Workima in Jabi Tehnan District of Ethiopia. She lives with her husband Gedefe Asmamaw and their six children. Like many other people in the area, they have a plot of land on which they grow millet, red pepper and coffee.

Bernesh Mekonnen, 40, is a coffee farmer who lives in Mankusa Abdoguma, Jabi Tehnan Distrcit of Ethiopia. Bernesh and her family don’t have access to clean water. They are allowed to get 4 jerrycans of water [about 80 litres] every other day. Not having enough water is becoming a challenge in their lives.

Agegnehush Kahen, 70, lives at a particular place called Fenket in Mankusa Abdoguma. The place is located in Jabi Tehnan District of Ethiopia. Agegnehush is a coffee farmer. Her life depends on her coffee plants as she earns her income by selling the coffee.

I just cannot wait to have a nearby tap. When we get clean water, we will live a healthy life.

Meet Wude Balew, a 55 year old farmer who lives with her husband and eight children in the Woynima clinic village in the Jabi Tehnan district of Ethiopia.
